Glare

Neville

Glare

Because

it now hurts

so much

to see ..

He no longer

fears

going blind ..

But

nevertheless,

he still

remembers

to this

very day

the moment

his

whisky sour

turned

bitter sweet,

under

the glare

of her

baby blue eyes ..

The way you used the changing of the alcohol was very well done to describe the emotions within your piece. I appreciate learning from your work ๐Ÿ™‚

The mind's eye holds the image, but the heart holds emotion, kept safe as a wonderful memory. Beautifully versed dear friend.
