Little black heart

kitty the naughty poet

Ten years have past in the bink of an eye

I'm look forward to the rest of our lives

you lit the candle in my little black heart

spreading the warmth throughout my limbs

as we touch skin to skin

my soft fingers caress in circles

down your goose pimpled flesh

while your head lay safely upon my chest

slow shallow breaths that match my own

making the feeling of contentment grow.

Ten years of contentment I found in this poem. Ten years of togetherness. So much warmth in these words, with the promise of more loving to come. A lovely write kitty.
