Fleeced
There is a black sheep
in the green field
behind where I’m sitting ..
Yet in certain light,
it looks almost golden ..
But then, upon
closer inspection ..
When the creases unfold,
I notice my own sad reflection ..

This feels like a black shadow lurking in the background. Makes me think of negative thoughts or even depression. The golden ones are much more positive. Make sure you sit in the sun and not the shade. This poem can be interpreted in different ways. That’s what I read on the tin. Happy Thursday Neville.
