At twenty three hundred hours precisely

on the fifth day of December

two thousand and twenty three ..

 

We crossed the equator together

for the very first time ..

And I had my first whisky sour ..

 

While she sipped her iced Cosmopolitan

from a martini glass somewhere

mid Atlantic and on deck number thirteen ..

                        A beautiful memory, preserved in every detail, such happy ones are a treasure. On the other end of that spectrum, no pun intended, I remember my first colonoscopy, in all its horror. I much prefer your memory, keep them positive ones coming my friend. Just lovely!
