Trash of gold

sorenbarrett

Protruding trash from a heap of memories past

thoughts cut to the bone on fragments of mental debris

spits clots, from a wound whose bleeding will ever last

once buried now exposed its sharpness I did not see

Shards of buried pain excavated from the brain

Silent screaming through teeth with repair protracted

A urinal mind drain has a yellow stain

blood of gold with cyanide extracted

    Fire is also used.

Yes the process of bashing, mashing, and hashing. Thanks for the review and comment.

Very powerful and this one I could almost smell. 🌹

Thanks so much Teddy I'm glad that it was almost not the smell itself for the smell of a trash of thoughts is far worse or better than the smell of reality. Always glad to read your comments that are always valued.

Someone can have the cyanide (you know who) and I'll have the gold! lol. Not that she has to eat it.
She gives me the bashing, etc, every day!

Yea Orchi I'm with you. To get that gold, I'm not so sure I want to be bashed and mashed although I'll take the hash. Thanks for the read my friend

I suppose we've taken a natural element and compounded it, for better or worse, to achieve our economic goals, and our environment suffers. It's what we do. Chilling, such a great write my friend!

Many tears ago in the UK a ship was in trouble and cans of cyanide it was carrying washed up on the shore. In an interview a doctor was asked "What are the symptoms of cyanide poisoning" His reply was "Death!"

Thanks Andy for the read and the comment. Yea I have heard that it is relatively quick but still not a pleasant way to go.
