Poets lie to tell the truth
Pounding notes of love, sweet flavor of peace
putrid odor of pain, soft skin of youth
blind numbness waning hopes increase
Corpse to revenant,
temple to tomb,
hidden now evident,
from graves flowers bloom
Rains smell new life,
crossing sunset to sunrise,
cut death's umbilical cord with a knife
life sprouts from broken breath when one dies

Thanks Orchi
Maybe they never die at all, but one can learn to forgive them. A wonderful powerful subject written with the most I credible poetic ink 🌹
Thanks Teddy forgiveness is very important in that everyone lies one way or another at one time or another. The important issue is for what purpose. Thanks for the review and comment it is so appreciated.
incredible 🌹
A lie never dies a good death. Fantastic my friend!
That is a quotable statement Bella. No lies do not die good deaths if they die at all. Thanks so much for the review and comment it is most appreciated.
Powerful words soren but many may tell the truth.
Andy
Thanks so much Gold yes even liars don't lie all the time and even the truthful lie from time to time. Thanks so much for the read Andy and the remark that gives pause for thought.
