We always try to stay healthy,
We see the doctor,
We take medicine
Hoping to feel better,
But this does not always happen,
As what we should realise
That most health comes from within.
It comes from peace of mind,
Peace in the heart and soul.
Laughter is a great healer,
But the best healer of all
Is the healing of love,
That takes us though each day
And into the next day of wonder.

Maybe you are, Andy. So when you get the Big C, you won’t require surgery, radiation or chemo, you will survive on your health, the result of peace in your heart, soul and mind, writing uplifting poetry plus love. All hail to the man who will live to one hundred and twenty finally killing himself with too much laughter….
A fine write Gold. Love surely wins through in the end, whether sooner or later.
Re: health. Dang it! Those conservationists got a lot to answer for. They suggested to me to not breathe for 24 hours to save the planet some air.
I did it. but didn't feel well after it.

I had shingles for so long, I forgot about it lol now I'm feeling more or less like my old self. Positive attitude is truly a wonderful tool, and now a days we literally have cures for most things thanks to the wonderful research throughout the world laughter indeed has kept me here with you all in these challenging months that would have been so much more challenging without you all. So I adore this write because you give the reader the opportunity to reflect on personal moments yet sending your positivity at the same time. Kudos Signore Goldfinch. 🌹
