Nature's effortless law
Breath reflexively,
no exertion
Hearts beat unconsciously
Flowers bloom without thought
Culture's iron gate's rusted
Chain's links of laws,
locked with moral padlocks
Society a sepulcher,
religion's painted urn,
no matter how pretty the tomb
the occupant's dead
Frankenstein's patched zombe parts,
technology's creation,
beauty embalmed,
with plastic flowers,
on cold polished marble stone

I wonder if the locks been picked?
Thanks for the read and comment. Interesting question. Many have tried to pick moral's locks but few have succeeded without consequences.
True.
Ahh, rather like KP's Temple! lol.
Thanks Orchi appreciate the read. Didn't know KP had a temple.
The outside is not all it seems, stunning in poetic verse as ever. 🌹
Thanks Teddy for the read and kind words
Tremendous work. Poignant and alive.
Thanks for the read Thomas
The great pivot in your piece - culture certainly has much to answer for. Only solution: interrogate at all times.
A well painted picture, Soren.
Thanks Dave you got right to the point on this one and I thank you for your read and understanding interpretation.
Hey Soren - good to feel a little understood sometimes Isn't it.....
PS: You put something on my Nostradamus piece ... disappeared... was it my trigger finger or wot?
Super words soren, I wonder if we can get into that temple. LOL
