Blind

sorenbarrett

Rocks talk, rings echo in a pond,

obscuring ripples in the mind,

drips of silence fall beyond,

illumination's eye made blind

Eyes seeing through dark

Quiet thunder rolls

igniting lightning's spark

with hell's burnt out coals

Sunlight ashes exhausted glows

Drifting shadows pile high

dust through an hourglass flows

Shard cut broken sky
