Peace Doves?

Goldfinch60

Doves of peace they are called;

Pristine white for purity.

Not in our garden they aren’t!

Steal food from the wild birds!

Assault the birds with beaks of wrath!

No matter how we scare them,

They persevere with their errant ways.

Reminding me of politicians,

Going their own way

Without thought or care for others.

Politicians and white doves,

Should be eradicated from our lives.

    Ahh, so doves don't always gently bill and coo.

        You're talking rubbish now, says Fido. And he adds 'No change there then for you 99% of the time!' lol.

          You got politicians off to a fine art .. not so sure about those doves .. you sure they are not a different species .. like politicians ..

          • Goldfinch60

            They may well be Neville but the doves are vicious in our garden.
