Never forgotten but everything moves on

Poetic Dan

There's no uniform or code that let's you know, the rhythm that runs down in my soul.

I'll take no orders but requests are fine, this breath is given for beating in time.

Walking this land as others did before and will do after, means our interactions are  only ever footprints in the Sahara

Nothing is forgotten but everything moves on, as we all dance through this exist together spinning on the 3rd rock from sun.

Trying to hold on to harmony, peace and love we know, want and come from.

I was actually doing cold water therapy and it was amazing and plan on getting back to it! It's just difficult when it's so painful

      • Mutley Ravishes

How about taking a break from the cold water therapy and just doing the breathing exercises?

May that peace and harmony be always with you Dan.

A very friend of mine was diagnosed with Crohns disease forty odd years ago and she is still with us and has lives with it for all that time, she is fine.
