Soldiers Bleedin’
I get tired of seeing the 10 o’clock lead in showing another group of soldiers bleeding. Why did they die with their bravery ?
Was it truth or chicanery?
Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, phony weapons of doom,
Politicians meet secretly in some back room which slimy hidden agendas cloaked in confusion they decide to send Americans to die and keep saying that’s a solution
With arrogance before our eyes, they disguise their lies as the truth
Let’s televise that revolution ,
stop killing our youth
But the haze of Malaise
Gets us lost in some maze and it’s hard to escape because day after day we don’t challenge the motherf¥€{ers that just lead us astray and they count on that fact that we won’t act or derive Their insidious plans or how they plot to survive
When good people do nothing there is room for evil to thrive
Why Hesitate,
We shouldn’t wait
Bring all our soldiers back alive

Innocent civilians bleedin'.
Too many wealthy and powerful interests promote war.
But did you like the piece?
I did inasmuch as you made your own position very clear as a rich write. Clear statement in poetic storming form.
Reservations as above.
I’m a poor Mexican I don’t know where you got that trite perspective. That was fucking insulting and way off base.

It would be cool if you were get a better measure of mr. Would you please watch my present my video about how I think HIP HOP and Jazz are the same ?
It’s my very first poem on this site
Bobby, believe it or not I pop into your entries here not continually but fairly frequently and am entertained in the best possible way by your use of language and ideas in a manner I could not possibly emulate.
But in this instance you are being an absolute dickhead. You are angry because someone you knew in the military was killed – ‘Soldiers Bleedin’ ; never mind the millions of innocent people dead as a result of the military interventions Soren lists.
In addition your response to me was unnecessarily offensive. Wake up to yourself.
You called me a rich white guy. That’s inaccurate and an indulging false assumption. I also attempted to make peace by suggesting you read another thst I wrote to see a different dude of me. Instead, it’d likely you didn’t read it and .nattered me with another Flse Assumption and drew a conclusion based on your false on falsities. Of course I’m going to Tracy yo that e verbs but I extended the olive branch and you instead of seeing that as an option went ahead to again come at me. That poem I wrote was completed in 1991 cuz I was angry how Colin zpoerll got set up when they told him to lie in his UN speech about WMD’s. And the irony is what you said to me at the end of your last comment now might apply to you. I’ll let you decide as it’s not an issue for me. Do I’ll try one sgsin for peace and request you to read my poem
THELONIUS REBORN AS THE DOUBLE GEE
Loved the internal rhyme in this piece Bobby. Powerful words of rage about an issue of importance. We have always poked our nose into areas where it didn't belong. From Korea to Vietnam, South America, Iran on and on. Good write.
Means a lot. Many thanks.
this is deeply disturbing and although previously in the military myself,
I have always had grave concerns about warfare & conflict .. there are always far too many casualties .. a powerful post .. Neville
Appreciate the read and your thoughts. I need to run domething by you. I’m gonna try that private message
