Beautiful Lie

Bishop M.

I don't know what I want in this life

Maybe to be an uncle or possibly have kids and a wife

I want something I'd gladly live for

Dying is easy but living is hard within this mental war.

I don't know if it's you or someone else

But with you around my frozen heart melts.

You never leave my mind

I know I leave yours so I just pretend to be blind

I tell myself a beautiful lie

To never see the ugly truth and say goodbye

Even after you're gone I'll continue the denial

Dreaming of seeing you walk down the aisle

I know it's just a fantasy but I still hope

Send me to that world so I don't have to cope
