In our times,
no one wants
to be politically
incorrect.
"Let's not offend."
seems to be the
chant.
Nice little
sheep
that
stay
in line.
Simple smiles, and
polite applause,
but just
a smattering.
Agreement en masse.
Next time you see
this, look for the
return of public
hangings, the blotting
out of the sun, and the
death of art that is
forged from the
marrow of the spirit.

Thank you.
You're welcome
Here here I say Thomas
Thank you. I appreciate it.
Conformity (no matter what the current 'wisdom' might be) is a curse. Oh so well said, Thomas.
Thanks, Dave. I agree.
A really great
write, thought
provoking and
really captures
the readers attention. 🤔
Thanks for sharing
my friend!!
Best regards. Thad
Thanks.
Good write T.
Thank you.
It's getting to the stage now that no matter what we say it seems we will upset somebody Thomas.
Andy
Yes, so true. Thanks for reading and commenting.
A tragedy also for the comedian, I'm a great fan of humour yet we live in a new world that takes all the fun away, personally as a nursery school teacher i find it is a hurdle rather than a positive. In the 80's and 90's we had the best comedy in the world and no one cared, I think someone got it mixed up with racism which of course is unacceptable but any smart person would already know that. I also find it's to protect those who are disabled. My mother always told me if I didn't have anything nice to say then I should just shut up. It's a good rule. A very nice discussion dear Thomas, the last comedy night I went to live the first skit was all about the ginger haired male. Just to say I was on the table enjoying the laughter with 2 orange haired men who also loved it. 🌹
Thank you, Sweet Teddy.
And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
Thanks for reading.
A fine write, Thomas. Really makes you think.
Thank you, Tom
