Light lasts longest this day,
Injecting our souls with glory,
Taking the darkness away from us,
Healing the sorrows in our life,
Adding the wonder of love to our hearts.

Good write Gold.
Some years it's 21st or 22nd - yes?
Has this Leape year made it a day earlier?
It varies between 20th to 22nd .

Leap Year even. What is Leape Year? lol. My typo.
Ah a good pagan ritual that I can go along with. No increased traffic or spending a holiday well worth having. Nicely done Andy
So kind soren, thank you.

That's why it's dark and cold.
But not in my life 2781, the light is always with me.

Amen. Just feels a little different down here.

I am thankful for longer days of summer
But also the shortest days of winder with wind snow or rain. You bring much in a few lines
Thank you MLH, I too like the different seasons but my favourite is Autumn where Nature's artwork is astounding.
