Today, oh what a day – I joined my local gym along the way.
And what a trouble free smooth experience it was:
Courtesy and cooperation the order of the day,
My misanthropic sociopath all but went to pause.

A gym can do that to you. Used to work out all the time but too many moves and too many years have passed

Truer word never said reprobate I wear proudly. I get enough exercise cutting grass, walks, digging holes, cutting trails, sawing boards, pruning trees, digging trenches, mixing and hauling concreate as well as various other tasks.
Phew! You put me to shame.....
I think beneath that misanthropic sociopathy there is a kind and loving person who perhaps just needs a good work out. Let it shine my friend, let it shine!!!

Why do they call it a GYM? Was it named after a fella called Jim, and they got the M right. but the GY are two keys left of where they wanted to be?

That got a bit technical for me this time of the morning, Phil. Had me fumbling with the keyboard for a moment there... New beginning? Only time will tell...but there is a repetitive pattern embedded in my life..as in DD....
I though about going to a gym once, but went and lay down in a darkened room until the thought went away
