We all have them,
Have rough days
And think they are impossible,
Impossible to endure.
But what we must realise
That in our track record,
Our track record of life
We have had bad days
And have got through them,
Got through them to arrive,
To arrive where we are,
Where we are today
Having got through,
Got through them all,
Got through all those bad days.

We can have times when our 'hour' or 'hours' have come too - something to face or can't be avoided really, etc. Not exactly always 'bad' but upsetting, emotional, etc.

as a general rule, I don't think folk value enough the days that fall between those that are dreadful for whatever reason and those that are the polar opposite in effect amazing .. which is such a shame because I'm sure they predominate .. Still, I enjoyed your poem Andy ..
Very true Neville, it is like the things I believe about people think 99% of people in the world are good but all we here about are the 1% bad ones.

All things pass. We just have to be patient. The good days are worth the wait. Each day a new day, a new opportunity. And we can remember the good days when we are on a downer. Happy Friday Andy.
