Be Still.....

Saxon Crow

Be still my child
Listen to the word of God
Be still I say
And know that you are loved
Let go the shackles
To your troubled mind
Surrender to his eternal voice, inside
More gentle than a whisper
But etched upon your soul
These words are yours
Freely given by our Lord
Do not be distracted
By the shining one
His music is but a glamour
To make you feel alone
So be still my child
Put your faith in the Lord
And listen in the silence
For his words are full of love.

How beautiful your words are Saxon Crow. Pleased I stopped by this morning.

Be still my child. Listen and learn. Such sound advice in a world of conflict. Have a happy Friday.
