~> A True Turkey Tale!

Thad Wilk

Turkey:

Well Doc here are all the facts.

It seems lately I can't relax.

I get the same nightmare each night.

Over and over 'till daylight.

Someone attacks me with an AXE?

Psychiatrist:

Tom, it's Thanksgiving this Thursday.

I can't blame you for feeling that way.

That day most humans celebrate.

Turkey and stuffing's on their plate.

I've a "safe room" if you want to stay!

Turkey:

You are my best friend thanks a lot.

You've helped me out of a tight spot.

That night, real relaxed Tom did feel.

BUT, now his nightmare's became real!

An axe to the head poor Tom got.

Moral:

Even best friends 'lie' when hungry!

The psychiatrists family.

Thought Tom Turkey was real yummy~

      G’day Thad.
So This Give Thanks day… is that the only day of the year you are allowed to say ’Thank you’? Hopefully civilization will catch up over there one day… 🙃
Reminds me of another tale (not mine really, I just pinned it…

        I don't think civilization
        will ever catch up here,
