This ghoulish fiend's something to fear,
barbaric that is evident.
Every full moon his howls you hear.
Hunting new victims his intent.

This werewolf kills his prey with ease.
He prowls the woods in the moonlight.
Loves torture that's his expertise.
Smell of their fear does so excite!

This monster he's out of control.
His steel like fangs tear you apart.
This savage beast he has no soul.
He'll rip out your still beating heart.

Beware out there you were foretold;
those moonlit walks, I'd put on hold~

Oh dear! Where's that, precisely? In TX??? I used to go every moonlit night and wander in our 3 acre yard, nestling beneath one of the huge Maples to revel in it all every Summer and Fall. This is too lovely. Thank you very much for sharing.

Admiration for the sonnet form…. Content? Well.. free of trouble here, but formerly massive amounts of self control required when in late October, right in the middle of my favorite TV programme a group of three foot high individuals would knock and through paper horror masks Woo Woo….. Terrifying….
