Be thankful

Be thankful for everything you have,

every hug ,kiss and every laugh,

be thankful for the difficult times as well as the good,

be thankful to God , everyone really should,

we have a tendency to blame Him for the hard times and trials,

though they are the outcomes of our choices and denials,

Nobody is perfect though we try to be,

Perfect in the image of man, instead of who we are meant to be,

though we have shortcomings, we are perfect in the eyes of our Lord,

made in His image, we are made in His accord,

be thankful for who you was made to be, 

instead of striving to fit into who the world wants to see,

be thankful for everything that the Lord has given to you!
