जिंदगी की दौड़ से इतना गिर चुका था, कि दोबारा उठ ना सका।
खुद को फिर उन नज़रों से देख ना सका।
ना जाने क्या हुआ इन बीते सालों में,
कुछ कह ना सका।
रोता रहा मगर आंसू बहा ना सका।
टूटता रहा मगर कुछ कह ना सका।

Truee easier said than done when people say just get up and start running again.. what if you didn't just fell on the ground but rather in a crater too deep to climb...
