~> I Wish That My Lawn Was EMO! - form Jeffreys Sonnet -

Thad Wilk

I wish that my lawn was EMO!

Then I would never half to mow.

Oh that is high on my wish list.

Why that would make 'cutting' a breeze.

And I could do just as I please;

bass fishing I just can't resist!

**

That's why I'm pissed like this right now.

I've missed a lot now holy cow.

I hope it will come true one day.

I'd so enjoy this time of year,

kick back and sip a frosty beer.

And much out on a 'fish filet.

**

I pray this grass I could cut less,

that all this stress would go away~

    G’day Thad,
    That ad is real bad taste I’ll have you know;
    But as for the poem, do take a bow.
    Though leave the mower, shove it in the shed -
    Go Japanese, just use pebbles instead.

    Enjoyed the poem but the underlying technicalities gave me a headache. I’m a simple soul, just about able to manage couplets and quatrains……..
