Benign Bridges
Some things are not worth
fighting for ..
Wars are a prime example
such a waste
of lives and precious time ..
While bullies,
dictators and liars are not
worth supporting ..
That’s what bridges are for ..

Not a bad idea to throw them off the bridge. No wars are not worth fighting for unless you are an arms producer. I might add money is not worth fighting for. Good write Neville

While I empathize with your sentiment, I fear there will be wars as long as there are humans.
While I thank you for the time you clearly spent considering my little scribble & in principle, agree with you, I was not suggesting otherwise, but rather emphasising something of a different viewpoint as succinctly and poetically as my pen allowed at that time .. Cheers. Neville
So true Neville, bridges need to be built in the world to protect its wonder.
Andy
there are not so many porpoises these day .. unfortunately fewer dolphins, whales and manatees too .. Neville
Good evening Nev.
Your completely right, it's such a shame so much time is wasted on such things.
Life and time far too precious to waste.
Glad to see your still writing.
Hey Max, it really is a real treat to have you smile so favourably upon my latest little scribble .. You just made this old fella feel almost young again .. I do hope you plan on lingering and that your world is now being kind to you and yours .. Neville 😎👍
Oh definitely. Just need to get my creative juices flowing again.
Fighting definitely a waste of time...
To love, to smile, so divine
A bridge is made to close a gap
Not for dictators or lying saps...
Excuse me, I don't wish to appear rude, I am just effervescing with contentment .. thank you for visiting today Dove both times .. Neville
