Spooky Tales

Tony36

Come with me

Get a chill up your spine

From creepy crawlies and tales we unwind

Ghost, gobblins,  monsters, and more

Undead zombies

Thrills galore

Hear a tale of the haunted past

A screeching banshee, vampire bat

Tales told by firelight glow

Mysteries span

Unsolved and unknown

Hear tales of graveyards, witches,  skeletons, and more

Bound to give you nightmares for sure

So come and listen to the stories we tell

Erm, I wish to have peaceful sleep myself, not nightmares! (lol).

Horror seems to be a fetish of our society with slasher films, Halloween, a preoccupation with the occult and more. This is a good write for the season and I too against my usual avoidance have posted two poems on this subject this year. A great write my friend

A wonderfully wicked invitation to the season here Tony36, it reads like a prologue to either a TV or Radio series dedicated to all things macabre.

Fabulous flow, bravo and I hope that all is well.
