Walking the beach

Tony36

Footprints in the sand

As she walks the shoreline

Watching the waves crash the land

Watching the ships out at sea

She is calm

She is cool

As she strolls along the beach

A daily routine

The salty air breeze

The waves Washing over her feet

Wonderful job Tony! You paint a pleasant beach stroll scene, most serene. It also made me realize, as I live a bit away from the ocean so I tend to only go during the summer, the fall is a beautiful time to stroll on the beach. All the same, excellent write! 👏🌹

A picturesque image painted but with metaphoric meaning as well. We all leave footprints and if we can walk cool and calm we will walk daily even though the waves wash away our footprints. It matters not

Such moments and the observation of them, captured like this, is what makes poetry so very cool .. perfectly poemed in my humble opinion .. Neville

That was us last week Tony as we walked along the beach on the Isle of Wight.
