Selene of All Skies
Although, she is always here,
half the time,
she is also, often out of sight ..
But she comes out
every night, just to say hello
to all her fans ..
And while there are some
who may think
she is crazy, there are those
who swear she is
their queen or a goddesses ..
But do take note,
that little white number she
wears while on
vacation, becomes more or
less removed
or discarded and therefore,
redundant
merely moments, before she
disembarks ..
And for a moment or two we
may lose her but
briefly in the glow of her own halo ..

I'm mooning away for more of her, and awaiting her return - she sounds quite lovely.

A wonderful tribute to the moon Goddess Neville. And her halo, not seen so often but memorable always. Could be a metaphor here as well. Just lovely poetry.
