Curveballs

Life has a way of throwing us a curveball,

sometimes they lift us up and sometimes cause us to fall,

last month was one that wasn’t very good,

I had to have emergency surgery but I made it though with ease as I knew I would,

this month was a surprise that I did not expect it,

my husky had 7 puppies and one almost didn’t make it,

I breathed life into him and now he’s going strong,

I wasn’t very optimistic but thankfully I was wrong,

The curveballs that life throws can be bad or can be good,

And everyone I try to accept with as much grace as I could,

So thank you Lord for providing the way for me,

giving me the experiences that I obviously need,

I will move forward and learn each step of the way,

continue to grow in my faith every single day,

so curveballs , good and bad,

I’m so thankful for everyone I’ve had
