isn't real
but it doesn't mean
I can't console myself
with a full glass of water

Oh, my dearest Teddy, this poem made me laugh hard! I, truthfully, needed to hear this my dear friend. I have given up drinking this past year and so I am approaching firsts...holidays where I no longer drink. I can't say it is really bothering me too much, but those old habits and desires...they never fully go away! LOL! So, I find my new normal. I am not sure if it will be a full glass of water (though I have drank more of that this year than ever), I am sure my liver is happily surprised! ๐คฃ Between that and my lack of tolerance for caffeine...๐ผ๐ถ ๐. Happy Monday dear Teddy. Just love your posted cartoon and the humour. I have to confess there isnโt much cleansing of livers done in my household at Christmas. All of us like to raise a glass, or two or โฆ.
