Christmas is here,
For a cheerful new year
With family and friends together
For love and light to gather
The winter's gentle embrace
With freely falling snowflakes
The pines of hope, a glowing scene
The stars of light merely seen
The festive scent,
Fills the air in a boundless extent
The ringing of the bells
With joyful spells
The stars shining at homes and skies,
Bringing light to us, a surprise
The singing of carols
The rejoicing moments of all
The warming Christmas wreath
Cakes, sweets and wines as treats,
The arrival of Santa Claus,
With reindeer that dance across
The snowman looking so fine,
Christmas joy is yours and mine
Day of Christ has come again
With miraculous blessings that remain
The Angels who guide our way
The North star appeared on that holy day
Candles of love may light our hearts,
For hope and kindness never to depart
Christmas gifts to one and all,
My heartiest wishes to you all
May this joy be forever long,
With love and hope all along.
