Her own present

Maplespal

Oh, my dear,

why get something you fear?

Why let you too yourself scare?

Sorry, it's just that I care.

Now it's lost in the house,

you wanted the mouse.

You on top of the chair,

me looking everywhere.

Merry Christmas

Kids had hamsters and they got loose found them under the washer after a week or two. They made a second break and went back. The only place safe from the cat. A fun read well written

A nice bit of fun, my chuckle for the day.
