You were everywhere and nowhere.
You left but never really did, A laugh still echoes in the air,
A seat left empty– no ones there,
I still reach for my phone, to send you things, Only to remember-- you're not mine to talk to anymore.
There was no funeral for this, No goodbye, no closure.. AND
I don't know what hurts more, that you're gone, or that you're still here but not with me!

Hurt in your words, conveyed so well for someone missing from your life. Out of your life with no closure. Sad.
You sense the hurt as you read through this piece, hurt that they are not there and hurt at no closure, well written with care.
So so so good...you almost wish they were actually gone instead of just gone from us
Heartbreaking, we only ever truly have ourselves, apart from the moments we share.
Heartfelt and absorbing. Keep it flowing.
