Life can have its ups and downs

Sometimes it leaves you feeling insecure

Fear holds you hostage

Until someone opens that rescue door

 

So hard to let someone see

You in that state of mind

But you can’t deny

      Indeed, to save ourselves and our sanity, we must accept help from others. Sticking to one's ego has a price. Better to keep both feet on the ground and make some sacrifice. It's give and take. The price for staying alive or sane.

        Good write AP. Yes, sometimes we may say to ourselves 'This can't go on' - some worry, fear, etc. But unfortunately life with KP has to go on as she has put a ball and chain on my leg and thrown away the key to it. Doh! lol.

                          I seem to be making a lot of use of the Italian to English translator lately. Hope they don't start charging me for it. 😂
