Some Jarring Desires

Arshia

Some Jarring Desires

I sometimes envision myself to be an eagle

Searching for opportunities and the right moment,

To seize the 'less impossible'.

I sporadically fail or triumph in that pursuit;

I paradoxically become bewildered about my impotence to embrace the truth!

I think I am a rose that wafts it's fragrance exorbitantly

To such an extent that it becomes sickening.

I further think I am a lotus that shelters itself in

Imperilment and blooms in warm placement.

Though I know seldom about tulip,

I wish to inculcate it's beauty and brilliancy.

    The incorporation of opposits to communicate a image is well used. Lovely
