The shadows grow as he whispers goodbye,
A trembling heart in the echoing void,
His pain,
a dagger,
under moonlit sky,
Life's fragile thread that he longs to avoid.
Tears stain letters with unspoken despair,
Fragments of dreams now scattered and torn,
Cold nights where silence consumes the air,
In this abyss,
I am left forlorn.
Starless nights reflect his hollow gaze,
Desperation etched in every sigh,
A love lost within sorrow's dark maze,
Fading whispers of a final cry.
He walks away into night's endless gloom,
Leaving behind a desolate room.
In the shadow of twilight's embrace,
A shattered heart bleeds cold regret.
Silent echoes in this empty space,
Your whispered goodbye,
I can't forget.
Dark clouds linger where hope once dwelled,
The weight of sorrow drags me down.
In your eyes,
a storm that swelled,
Now all I see is a desolate frown.
Night consumes the light we knew,
Your despair cuts deeper than the blade.
Where dreams of us had brightly grew,
Only void and anguish now invade.
