Sometimes
sometimes I walk through a day
wandering where the sparkles are
and the upbeat sun
why am tired , sinking , sad
like a grey cloud
wanting to feel happy like the yellow of the sun
and energised like music or a dance

Thankyou . I seem to be struggling with how I feel .. my dissociation and feeling tired .. I lose motivation sometimes , when I feel like this
