Sometimes your soul feels sad and your mind feels tired .. not a good day today
Sometimes your soul feels sad and your mind feels tired .. not a good day today
Sometimes it feels like I’m like that caterpillar
hiding in the grass
tired of the same
tired of wishing for more change
wandering
why is it taking so long
why am I stuck in the grass still
lacking in that more confidence
that some others take for granted
wandering why more of the experiences
go to those who have become
confident butterflies
because I thought
caterpillars deserve more too

That ‘s an unpleasant feeling to experience Caring dove. Butterflies are lovely but I also think they are fragile. Confidence is gift. All creatures deserve to be valued. A sad poem to read. I hope you have a better day today.
Thankyou Cassie )) appreciate the kind words . Sometimes I get a bit down .. my dissociation can affect my confidence sometimes .. and yeah sometimes it does feel like the confident ones get more of the different experiences .
