Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

It's one of those days
one swipe of mascara
slather lotion quickly
It's one of those days
black sweat set
a frizzy unkempt bun
It's one of those days
eating bags of chocolate
testing my luck
It's one of those days
Where the universe is against you

No it is just called entropy. All a matter of perspective and winding down. Fun read
You know, that is the third time I've heard the word "entropy" today. I think the universe and God are trying to tell me something... The first was in a physics sense, the second in a song, and the third here.
This made me smile. Some days it does feel as though the universe is against you! We all have to face such times. A poem I'm sure most people can readily relate to!

Oof having no hair might be worse than this poem... and I thought I had a bad day! Maybe mascara on your head will make your hair longer lol

Chocolate is a great soother and comfort on those days when everything else sucks. Hope you have better days ahead. Enjoyed your poem. I’m a chocolate lover.
