I gave a moment to live
I gave a moment to die
I gave a moment to love
I gave a moment to deny
I gave a moment for truth
I gave a moment for lies
I gave a moment to believe
I gave a moment for why
I gave a moment for hope
I gave a moment for despair
I gave a moment to fight
I gave a moment to not care
I gave a moment for trust
I gave a moment for betrayal
I gave a moment to try
Even though not always able
I gave a moment to find
The reason for all of this
I gave all my moments away
One by one by one

And don't we all? The question is to whom and for what reason. A fun poem with a great format seldom used. Very nice
Thank you for reading and for commenting. That was very raw and very spur of the moment. I witnessed something that made me think about βmomentsβ.
An interesting read looking at life in form of moment's, more moment's will appear and the cycle goes on, enjoyed the read
Thank you for commenting. Much appreciated.
You are very welcome
This πππππ
As Neil Peart wrote..
"Sun dogs fire on the horizon
Meteor rain stars across the night
This moment may be brief
But it can be so bright
Reflected in another source of light
When the moment dies
The spark still flies
Reflected in another pair of eyes"
Thanks for commenting.
(I miss Neil every day)
