In life, we all need help
Or need to help others
Sometimes the needs are greater than at other times
Sometimes we need all the help we can get
Do we? - do I? - ask for help?
Or do we? - do I? - accept help that comes to us
Whether we seek the help first
Or the help comes to us from others first
Help wherever we need
There are levels of need, I read somewhere
Problem, Predicament, Danger, Crisis, and other 'labels'
Though I've forgotten some of them
There is 'bearing one another's burdens'
And also - could be at the same time
'Bearing one's own burdens'
Never forgetting faith - if hopefully we have a faith
Not just to see us through life, just about coping
Not as a crutch, but as the ground to stand on
As someone somewhere said (may not be an exact quote)

To be able to help someone requires know they need help and what type they need this requires empathy something we are a bit short on now days. A good poem Orchi with a great point.
