Tuesday night's dinner party, he noted I'd worn pink, pink, PINK, when it was not Wednesday.
I Can't Believe It's Wednesday
(sonnet #MMMMMMMMMCCLI)
If Sunday with grave storms as its detail
Proved quite a doozie on that scale, til thence
My colleague told me he slept through it, whence?
But I slept sweetly through sich last night, frail
As grand reports of lightning shows sans bail;
Grey mourning when steam whisps rose up fr'intents
And shortbread melted in my mouth for sense,
Turns out I need caffeine likeas t'avail?
How did Mum know I could not deep fry? Her
Refusal wise oer thirty years 'go, to
Attempt it now leaves splatter burns in tour
Upon my arm, Korean chix style th'ado
Which'd prove that. If t'was tasty, was't sae poor?
Ah, LORD, Thy mercies new, how we wait You.

Why was Peter Pan so effective?
I Fear We'll Never Grow Up
(sonnet #MMMMMMMMMCCLXII)
The squirrel was where? that he jumped nois'ly thence
Down, and ran off when I stowed greens for bail?
How sparrows court, light silver, aught detail
But wet in April showrs as buds from hence
Are red and plainly now in view for sense,
The moist hours warm with hide-n-seek t'avail
Emerging hopes, where whom sought dearest bail
Sees more than glimmers waltzing for intents.
Tis April second, and we're learning fer
The umpteenth time Spring is not Summer. Who
Searched for a chance at shorts ere now as t'were
Was not quite foiled, but could not yet undo
The grip of Winter was't? The groundhog's tour
Of duty left no stones unturned. What's new?

Thank you so very much, Tony!
You're welcome
Even with Springβs persuasive prodding, some wonβt react in accord, so true of human self determination ππ»ποΈ
