A Better Person Today.

Goldfinch60

In our lives we all have a past

And in that past we have made choices,

Sometimes they may not have been the best

But we got through them

And realise that they taught us,

Taught us to find a better way.

So in this new day go forward,

Go forward knowing ,

Knowing that in this new day

We will be a better person,

A better person that we were,

Than we were yesterday.

Such a positive thought in this poem that teaches us to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Yes I too believe that all things turn out for the best and if one believes this one can remain happy even in the greatest adversity. Lovely write Gold
