Could vaulted vase
contain collected tears,
echoing- -with sighs,
now solidly trapped
within its chamber
where this bloom
β±οΈtears away β±οΈ
defying gravity
and yesterday?

This is very clever. The text is shaped like a vase.Very inspirational with some sadness as well.
Glad there was enough to pull it off. Thanks for your much valued feedback compadreπππ»
This poem clever in its writing as well as form also used a homograph to add even greater appeal and charm. Unique in that the homograph leaves this poem up to interpretation of how it is read. This is a definite Fave
I all gladness that this poem crossed the pond in more ways than one; thank you so much Sorenππ»ποΈ
Not quite there, is it?
Another opportunity to learn stuff.
Wonderful shape poem, the shape cleverly mirroring its content. Profoundly deep and open to multiple interpretations. What great poetry is made of. Well done, my friend! A must fave from me. πΉπ

Haunting. "...Thou tellest my wanderings: put Thou my tears into Thy bottle: are they not all in Thy book?" (Ps 56:8) are you referencing this? Fascinatingly rendered in the seeming shape itself with excellent imagery and a poignancy which culls the thing itself. Thank you for sharing.
Not a commonly referenced but quite essential life and prophetic scripture when cross-referenced with the one in Revelation. I guess, comforting and close to heart. Many thanks ππ»π
Simplicity with intensity, all in one well-written poem. Bravo!
