How true it is Tony. Art is the escape valve of the inner self. A great write.
Yes - what I think is - we shouldn't try to write poems so that they 'fit in' with everyone. We can't, and shouldn't, try to 'please all the people all of the time'. Otherwise our 'truest nature' doesn't 'come forth', but could be compromise, adaptation, alteration, etc instead.
