When Falling isn't Final

When rain falls down from the skies,
It doesn’t mean it’ll never rise.

          In order to rise, one must fall. If one never falls, can one ever experience rising? If one never rises, will they ever know what it is like to fall? So thought-provoking in so few words. BRILLIANCE! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

              A beautiful message...and has me thinking of the water cycle. Plants need a little water to grow.

                        Indeed, rain that falls will eventually reach the sea through rivers and from there evaporate to form clouds that will bring in further rain. Even from lakes and reservoirs, water evaporates, leading to rain. It's a cycle. We will also notice that freshly fallen snow looks perfect but it will soon melt into muddy water. From the sea, it will rise to form clouds which will be blown partially towards the poles. There, snow will fall again.

                        "But pleasures are like poppies spread ---
                        You seize the flower, the bloom is shed;
                        Or like snow falls in the river ---
                        A moment white, then melts forever."
                        --Robert Burns (1749-1796)

                          Falling should not be final. What matters is that we should try to rise after each fall. If we don't succeed in that, it's truly bad for us. By the way we always speak of falling DOWN. Yet, some people can fall UP. They rise to become infamous.

                          • Salvia.S

                            That's true. It can happen. Thank you!!!
