My Voice

Xalvazora

I tried to speak-

But nobody listened.

The more I tried,

I felt defeated.

I try to speak,

But still, they don't hear me.

I feel frustrated,

But I can't stop now.

I have to use my voice,

I worry that it won't be enough.

With divine guidance,

I shall have a voice.

Confidence built in belief. A great message

  • Cheeky Missy

From experience, I'd say you'll find it when and where you're least expecting it, and if you lose sight of that goal you'll realize it. Hopefully that's not too convoluted. Beautifully rendered with a delightful poignancy and excellent imagery. Thank you for sharing.

Speak what you know, what you wish, that which you are, into poetry. The eyes of the reader can sometimes hear the voices in the void, a powerful write this is! Much enjoyed this poem, inspiring!
