Beach

Caring dove

Here’s a beach

a place of sand and sea

a soft golden land lightly living by blue

a soft place that sometimes sits still , almost

yet sometimes is more

helped by another

fragments of soft sand grouped together

to make a sandcastle
something else that’s whole , complete

little bits of sand were once just sitting still

but they had a helping hand

to be a part of something a little different

a group of sand standing a little taller

connected to that place they came from

also held by that place

hoping to stay there for a while

but even if the fragments fall

their still in the same place

and maybe one day

built back up again

with the help of a helpful hand

The mind drifts like the current in this poem of helping hands rebuilding what once was and how all of life is a cycle of creation and deterioration. Very nicely done I somehow felt at the beach with the waves crashing
