The devil speaks with a forked tongue,
he has spoken lies to us since we was young,
told us how we should act and that he could give us the everything,
but he left out the truths of what the miseries it would bring ,
satan told us that if we trust in him we would have no wants ,
which is true for a short time until our once was starts to haunt,
we begin to remember that we was happy and free ,
that God has always cared for us and gave us exactly what we need ,
the devils lies has brought us only misery and doubt ,
God love make us truly happy , praise and shout ,
I will forever sing to my God in Heaven above
and will bask in His light and be warmed by His perfect love

I like the thought that the devil minimizes our sin, then maximizes it. First he says "it's not that big of a deal, it will be fun, it's just a little thing, God won't care," and as soon as you do it, he says "I can't believe you did that! You're so stupid and dumb, you're the worst, God would never want you."
Yep, it’s the lies he tells us to drive us away from God
And the sad part is that most never see this and don’t turn back to God and are forever lost to the devils lies
Comforting lies are often more deceptive than harsh truth. It's the "harsh" truth that brings forever peace, though.

This poem is true. It is so easy to fall for satan's deceptions sometimes. He is the great deceiver. He has been doing it since the beginning of time. He can make everything look so easy and promise you that it will be. ... for a while. ... until things begin to fall apart. ... but not God. There is no lying in Him. He will always tell you the truth, and He will not sugar coat anything. He is the Great Comforter. This was a good piece. keep writing.
Stay in Christ.
Put God first.
Stay vigilant.
