When your days
and your feelings just feel the same
the days feel the same
your mind feels the same
you go out to the shops
you go walk around the estate
and it’s like your stuck
In the same place
with the same feelings
its like Groundhog Day
on repeat
yoir going to shops
tedious
your walking around estate
boring
your not havjng the company you want
and your stuck
isn’t making you happy
feeling like this
doing these things
feeling like this
yet and so it continues
and you get tired
yoir mind gets tired
you feel like a stranger to yourself
things feel strange
isn’t how some others feel in their days
they can feel as they wish
go where they wish
have the company they want
it’s like being a caterpillar
wanting the wings

Have had that feeling at times and Groundhog day was one of my favorite movies. Stuck in a loop of time he was able to find how to improve and be a better person through repetition. Fun read
Yeah , never liked that film
But yeah I get a bit sad sometimes with how I feel / experience things lack of confidence etc
Some people know I’m upset yet won’t bother making any effort either
Others are walking around with confidence and having amazing days with new experiences
And your wandering why their allowed them
And your not
How it is easy to get in that cycle of feeling lonely and sad, the longer it goes on the harder it is to break, wish you all the best, nicely expressed write
I don’t always feel that way .. but sometimes I do yeah ,things can get me down

Such a great movie. And yes, I have felt this way before. Very relatable. Loved it.
Yeah , I think it’s difficult to deal with feelings that upset you .. and to feel you wish for more to be different but you feel a bit stuck ..
It can get ‘ boring ‘
Even dealing with similar feelings over and over again .. Tiring , I guess .
