Do You Ever Wonder?
What Gal Gadot wonders about?
Or who Anthony Hopkins has for dinner?
If Picasso ever shot a canvasback?
If Pollack was a bit of a drip?.
Does Van Gogh sound like a truck rental?
Can Chow Mein ever be a side dish?
If a butterfly, in the wrong place at the wrong time, could destroy the world?
If the universe is just an out-of-control fractal?
If Herschel should have left well-enough alone?
Where Houdini went to escape?

Nicely crafted entertaining read, enjoyed
Thanks, PL. always enjoy your comments.
You are very welcome
A fun read that I have no idea to the answers and that is what makes it fun. I do think of such things at times as I imagine most of the readers of this poem do. Its appeal comes from this commonality and how strange it is to think such.
Thanks, SB. always a pleasure to hear from you. It's nice to know I'm not alone.
I love this! Clever writing and some humor that's right up my alley. I can answer one of those questions, chow mein absolutely can be a side dish. Especially with pork chops.
Thanks, AA. If Chow Mein is a side dish, then it's no longer the main chow.
I see, now we need to ask how low mein becomes high mein.
In response to the question, it would be Hie Mein or merely Fast Food..
Good fun write Phil and very true.
Andy
Thanks, Andy. Of course it's true, It's poetry.
Good write MF. I wonder if people who use a certain shop ever go to the loo? Well, the shop has stopped selling loo rolls! An upper-class store. Maybe they think 'Oh no, not toilets; it's far too common for us to sell 'nasty' toilet rolls.' lol.
Also - Do we wonder if anyone in some soap operas on TV ever go out to work? They never seem to DO anything much.
Thanks, Orch. Those soap opera folk will now have to go out and get their own Loo paper at some low-class shop.
😂 lol so wonderfully original, chuckle chuckle, this is really fun dear Phil. 🌹
Thank you, Teddy. Glad you enjoyed it. Just scraped it from the back of my mind. Always appreciate your comments.
Tremendous work.
Thank you, Thomas. I find being humorous is more difficult than being serious.
none of the above, but do wonder about things which have no answers - as some of the above
enjoyed the questions, now will look out for the answers
Thank you, NafisaSB. There are no answers. It's meant to be humor.
